Karen Fields, Director of Children/Family Ministries
Karen was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She has been married to Mike Fields for 38 years, is the mother of three daughters and has four grandchildren. She moved to Montana in 2008. Karen has a BA in Christian Education from Pacific Christian College and an MS in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis in staff development, from California State University. She has served as an elementary School Principal for 10 years, author of Christian school curriculum, and as an accreditation and educational consultant. Karen is now serving as Director of Children and Family Ministries at Canyon View Church. Her passions are teaching children about Jesus and “decorating on a dime”.
Jenny Barron, Office Manager
Jenny began as Office Manager of Canyon View Church in January of 2017. She has attended church here since 2008. Jenny has owned her own pest control company for 9 years. Jenny has two children, Nikki, a graduate student of Occupational Therapy at Eastern Michigan University and Hunter, who is a Junior at Corvallis High School. Jenny has lived in the Bitterroot Valley for 17 years. She has extensive Financial and Office Management Experience.

Wendy Trelut, Accountant & Bookkeeping
Wendy’s background is quite varied, from customer service and cost-accounting in the corporate world, to veterinary assisting, to teaching. Wendy retired as middle school library coordinator and computer lab technician. She also volunteered for many years as a leader for both 4K and FFA youth leader. Since moving to the Bitterroot in 2004, she has been part of the Canyon View Church family. Wendy has felt blessed by being called to serve in a financial capacity for non-profit organizations; as well as bookkeeping for CVC, she currently serves as Treasurer for both Dickey Lake Camp and Family Shelter of the Bitterroot. A resident of Hamilton, Wendy shares a large home (constantly in some phase of remodel) with her daughter, son-in-law, two grandsons and a number of cats, dogs, chickens and horses. She truly feels blessed to have been part of the Canyon View Church family.
